A great Executive Assistant is the difference between a leader who runs their week and a leader whose week runs them. We treat that seat with the seriousness it deserves: a competitive intake, a rigorous curriculum and a certification you can verify.
10% intake, 50% graduation
Roughly one in ten applicants is invited into the Academy. Of those, around half make it to certification. The remainder either self-select out or are guided into adjacent paths. By the time you meet a Lovemyea Executive Assistant, the filter has already done its work.
An accredited curriculum
Four weeks of full time training covering the P.O.W.E.R. framework, executive communication, modern tooling, data protection and confidentiality, calendar architecture, inbox protocols and stakeholder management. Independently accredited so the certification carries weight outside our network too.
Continual recertification
Training doesn’t end at placement. Executive Assistants sit quarterly skills checks, peer reviews and tooling refreshers. Standards drift if you don’t keep raising them — so we keep raising them.
