1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Lovemyea website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Lovemyea is operated as a programme of ZimWorX (“Lovemyea”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Our services

The Site provides information about our Executive Assistant services and Academy and lets you book a discovery call, request an Executive Assistant and enrol in training. The Site itself is informational. Any engagement of an Executive Assistant or enrolment in the Academy is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Lovemyea, which prevails over these terms in the event of any conflict.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce content except as permitted below.

4. Bookings and communications

When you book a call or submit a request, you agree to provide accurate information and that we may contact you regarding your enquiry. Bookings are made through a third-party scheduling provider and are subject to availability and confirmation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos and the Lovemyea and ZimWorX names and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print content for your own internal reference, but you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or exploit it without our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider and learning platform. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites and services and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and information on the Site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovemyea and ZimWorX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to ZimWorX’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
