No buyout fee, ever
If your Executive Assistant grows into a full time role with you, take them. No $20,000 release fee, no notice penalty, no fine print. We’d rather lose an Executive Assistant to a great career outcome than hold them back to protect a contract.
3-month terms, no auto-renewal
After the first three months, roll month-to-month. No 12-month minimums, no auto-renewals, no exit penalties. We earn the renewal every time — or we don’t deserve it.
